This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take ownership of the complete design process across the digital product landscape, spanning intricate user flows, design systems, and fine-tuned UI elements, including micro-interactions and typography.
• Lead the product design team effectively.
• Manage the entire design workflow, from wireframing and optimizing user flows to creating high-fidelity UI prototypes.
• Develop and sustain scalable UI libraries and design systems across various digital touchpoints.
• Convert complex business needs into user-friendly, innovative, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Ensure that digital products align with the brand’s visual identity.
• Act as a liaison between strategy, creative, and engineering teams while maintaining technical feasibility and design consistency.
• Supervise the visual direction of projects, which may include 3D visualizations, motion graphics, or high-fidelity renderings.
• A minimum of 6–7 years of experience in digital product design (UI/UX).
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects for complex web or mobile applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including skills in prototyping, variables, and auto-layout.
• Solid understanding of cognitive frameworks such as Miller’s Law and accessibility guidelines.
• Knowledge of front-end constraints, including HTML, CSS, and React.
• Capability to deliver clean, pixel-perfect assets to developers.
• Experience in overseeing 3D visualizations, motion graphics, or high-fidelity renderings.
• Extensive experience in building and scaling component libraries and design systems.
• Ability to articulate design rationale based on UX principles and business goals.
• Proficient in presenting design choices to stakeholders with an emphasis on brand value and user retention.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, intricate design systems, and scalable UI libraries.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Framer or similar prototyping tools is preferred.
• Experience in agency settings or design-focused technology companies is advantageous.
