This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.
β’ Gain insight into user challenges by engaging with users, observing their workflows, and distinguishing genuine problems from requested solutions.
β’ Determine the development focus by outlining the simplest effective solution and prioritizing tasks that can be deferred.
β’ Create clear and thoughtful interfaces and prototypes using Figma.
β’ Transform designs into refined, production-ready interfaces in React.
β’ Monitor product usage and iterate based on actual user interactions.
β’ Enhance existing workflows, components, interactions, and design consistency.
β’ Collaborate effectively with team members and users.
β’ Lead a product or feature from identification of issues to production, detailing the research, decisions, design, and implementation personally.
β’ Develop software that supports autism care workflows, including family intake, therapist recruitment, scheduling, documentation, billing, and practice management.
β’ Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguous challenges.
β’ Exceptional UX and visual design capabilities.
β’ Extensive frontend engineering experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
β’ Proficiency in transitioning seamlessly between Figma designs and production code.
β’ High standards for typography, spacing, responsiveness, states, and interaction nuances.
β’ Experience utilizing AI tools to prototype and deliver projects more efficiently without compromising quality.
β’ Strong communication skills and comfort in collaborating with a remote U.S.-based team.
β’ A proactive attitude towards ownership, speed, and completing tasks.
β’ Portfolio showcasing your work.
β’ Examples of production interfaces that you have personally developed.
