Product Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and implementation of SaaS and data solutions for automotive dealers, focusing on digital retailing, lending, insurance, and dealer operations.

• Connect product and engineering by assessing technical designs, analyzing code-level trade-offs, and discussing API integrations.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery to technical delivery and subsequent optimization.

• Spearhead product discovery initiatives and establish a technical product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and infrastructure capabilities.

• Convert intricate business challenges and customer insights into technical specifications, system architectures, and user stories.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to manage sprint planning, define scope, set timelines, and address technical debt.

• Leverage advanced analytics, data pipelines, and AI integration to create products driven by insights.

• Track key performance indicators to enhance product outcomes and improve system performance.

• Report directly to the VP of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 5 years of experience in product management.

• Demonstrated success in a hands-on technical role.

• Experience in developing complex SaaS, data, or analytics products within platform-centric environments.

• Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and discussing system architecture, database design, and code-level logic.

• Experience in managing product backlogs and facilitating agile delivery processes.

• Familiarity with dealer systems, F&I, digital retailing, automotive finance, and automotive data ecosystems/APIs is highly advantageous.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is offered.
