Product Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the in-product content experience across AI applications, which includes style collections, cover visuals, AI Video, AI Photo, AI Audio, templates, and text-based experiences.

• Ensure that content across product surfaces is current and engaging.

• Keep an eye on social media, internet culture, emerging formats, AI trends, and competitor offerings.

• Transform trends and user insights into innovative content concepts, prompts, and production workflows.

• Conduct tests on generative models spanning image, video, audio, and text.

• Create, test, refine, and swiftly launch content.

• Utilize performance data and user feedback to inform iterations.

• Develop localized content tailored for various markets, holidays, cultural events, and viral trends.

• Design efficient production pipelines using node-based and workflow-based AI systems.

• Maintain a balance between content quality and actual AI costs.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and AI teams to ensure content aligns with product strategy and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in prompt engineering for image, video, audio, and text generation.

• Capability to assess generative AI models and select the most suitable one for each task.

• Strong visual judgment, encompassing composition and trend-sensitive aesthetics.

• Familiarity with node-based and workflow-based AI systems.

• Comfort in working with databases, structured data, and content systems.

• Basic skills in video and image editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar software.

• A keen interest in the generative AI ecosystem, including model providers and research institutions.

• An awareness of costs and a FinOps mindset.

• Ability to balance model selection, output volume, quality, and expenditures.

• Creativity that is informed by data, user behavior, and business goals.

• Ownership from the initial concept through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• A proactive, self-motivated, fast-paced, focused, and responsive working style.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Bonus: experience with AI-powered consumer applications, content operations or creative production, localization, Mixpanel or similar analytics tools, and a portfolio showcasing AI-generated work.
