Product Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of the strategy, framework, standards, and best practices for recipe and application/task build processes throughout the organization

• Evaluate customer workflows, operational needs, and business requirements to create scalable, repeatable, and efficient solutions

• Act as the operational subject matter expert for recipe and task build methodologies

• Collaborate with Product, Client Services, Support, and other cross-functional teams to promote alignment, continuous improvement, and optimization of solutions

• Establish and uphold quality assurance processes, governance standards, documentation, and review procedures

• Oversee and facilitate intake and prioritization processes, including gathering requirements, managing request queues, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and directing work for execution

• Discover and implement opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and scalable delivery models

• Provide oversight and operational guidance for outsourced build activities, including prioritization, quality standards, execution review, and accountability for delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in software implementation, workflow configuration, or solution delivery, ideally within the healthcare sector

• Proven experience in identifying and driving process optimization, standardization, and operational improvement initiatives

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities

• Competence in gathering requirements, evaluating customer needs, and designing scalable, efficient solutions

• Familiarity with Jotform or similar form and workflow configuration tools

• Understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and release validation processes

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational consistency

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Capacity to effectively partner with clients and cross-functional internal teams while managing competing priorities and deliverables

• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and data privacy standards is an advantage
