
Product Client Success Manager – First Party Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of First Party Casualty claims processes, market trends, and CCC solutions that support carriers throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Collaborate with carrier clients to enhance adoption, usage, and realization of business value across designated solutions.
• Identify operational hurdles, inefficiencies in the claims process, and areas for improvement that can be addressed through CCC technology.
• Showcase measurable value and return on investment by aligning solution capabilities with customer business goals, claims results, and operational metrics.
• Assist customers in optimizing workflows, providing best practice suggestions, and expanding the application of solution use cases.
• Work alongside Strategic Client Success Managers, Sales, Product, and various cross-functional teams to implement account strategies and meet customer objectives.
• Provide industry insights, emerging trends, and best practices to enable customers to maximize the value of their CCC investment.
• Success is evaluated based on time to value, product adoption, renewal and expansion rates, and net revenue retention.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, First Party Casualty Claims, Client Success, Account Management, Consulting, Operations, or similar roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of first party casualty claims processes, workflows, claims handling practices, and carrier operations.
• Experience collaborating directly with insurance carriers, claims organizations, or insurance technology solutions.
• Ability to rapidly gain expertise in complex technology solutions and connect them to customer business outcomes.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in using data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and drive actionable results.
• Proficient in translating technical capabilities into significant customer value and operational impact.
• Inherently curious, posing insightful questions and swiftly identifying the root of business challenges.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, forming opinions, testing strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
• Commercially minded with a strong sense of responsibility for customer outcomes, retention, and growth.
• Experience in supporting claims transformation, digital claims initiatives, or operational process improvement efforts is preferred.
• Video interview is mandatory.
