This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Lead, prioritize, and develop the Product Catalog team while actively engaging in complex and impactful catalog tasks.
β’ Manage the daily health, accuracy, structure, governance, and ongoing enhancement of the multi-brand product catalog.
β’ Oversee the creation and standardization of SKUs across both manufacturer/distributed brands and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
β’ Establish scalable standards for SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, accessories, replacements, configurable products, and other intricate product relationships.
β’ Handle manufacturer-driven product introductions, discontinuations, replacements, pricing and MAP changes, specification updates, digital assets, and other catalog modifications through implementation.
β’ Ensure accurate reflection of product and pricing changes across ERP, eCommerce websites, IDMs, and other relevant systems and channels.
β’ Define standards for product attributes, specifications, classifications, naming conventions, relationships, and data quality.
β’ Enhance product taxonomy, categories, subcategories, filters, facets, and overall catalog architecture.
β’ Organize products in a manner that aligns with customer understanding and shopping behaviors.
β’ Identify systemic catalog issues and implement root-cause solutions.
β’ Improve product discoverability, comparison, compatibility, cross-sell, upsell, replacement, and related-product relationships.
β’ Develop repeatable workflows, QA processes, documentation, and controls.
β’ Collaborate with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams to execute catalog initiatives.
β’ Utilize customer, search, sales, and support data to identify future enhancements for the Product Catalog.
β’ Oversee the ongoing Product Catalog function and team within Bathing Brands' eCommerce Systems organization.
β’ Candidates must reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Arizona, or Florida.
β’ Proven experience leading Product Catalog, Product Information Management (PIM), eCommerce catalog operations, product data, or a closely related field.
β’ Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on setting clear priorities, standards, ownership, and accountability.
β’ Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, product attributes, classifications, product relationships, and data quality.
β’ Experience managing large or complex product catalogs and executing large-scale product imports or updates.
β’ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in working with large datasets.
β’ Familiarity with ERP and/or PIM systems and knowledge of how product information transitions between interconnected systems.
β’ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to grasp technical or specification-heavy products and ask pertinent questions when information is lacking.
β’ Capacity to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
β’ Proven track record of process improvement.
β’ Comfort in constructively challenging inefficient processes, proposing solutions, and driving initiatives to completion.
β’ Experience in multi-brand or multi-site eCommerce environments, manufacturing, distribution, home improvement, industrial, or technically intricate product categories is advantageous.
β’ Experience managing manufacturer product-line launches, annual pricing alterations, or MAP updates is beneficial.
β’ Familiarity with configurable products, kits, variants, accessories, and compatibility relationships is a plus.
β’ Experience with Drupal Commerce or another enterprise eCommerce/CMS platform would be advantageous.
β’ Experience with Acumatica or another ERP platform would be beneficial.
β’ Knowledge of catalog KPIs, data-quality measurement, automation, or process enhancement would be valuable.
