This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the DoD customer in establishing an enterprise IT service delivery framework.

• Implement and manage an enterprise ServiceNow solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management, and security measures.

• Provide support for CONUS/OCONUS field operations and the lifecycle management of end-user devices.

• Oversee application and module architecture encompassing user interfaces, APIs, microservices, databases, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with developers, program managers, testers, production support engineers, and business analysts.

• Develop implementation and development strategies, features, and stories for new solutions.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, technical implementations, demonstrations, testing, releases, and retrospectives.

• Mentor, coach, and perform peer reviews for developers and testers.

• Assign tasks and ensure the achievement of daily, sprint, and release objectives.

• Conduct architectural design and reviews that align with future-state architecture and business needs.

• Identify risks, opportunities, compliance issues, and architectural challenges.

• Present and promote solutions to architecture guilds, management, and stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field can substitute for 5 years of experience.

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead in incremental software development projects, specifically Agile Scrum.

• Proven experience working within cross-functional teams and groups.

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

• Certification as a ServiceNow Administrator.

• Certification as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Experience in systems development, systems integration, application design, and/or legacy systems.

• Proficiency in designing complex systems within the ITSM domain along with traditional ITIL modules.

• Experience with catalog items that create asset records for comprehensive lifecycle accountability.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in supporting Strategic Portfolio Management, particularly Demand Management.

• Familiarity with agile management frameworks.

• Knowledge of Angular, JavaScript, XML, JSON, ServiceNow client scripting, and server-side scripting.

• Experience with CI/CD and SecDevOps processes and tools is preferable.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
