Coordinating Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate, manage, and produce video and print marketing narratives across Europe and Eurasia.

• Craft engaging multimedia content from the initial idea to final production.

• Develop refined post-production video material in collaboration with producers and the IM Global Video team.

• Define key deliverables and assist with daily media operations.

• Ensure efficient and persuasive storytelling processes throughout the region.

• Support ministry initiatives and contribute to Operation Blessing's mission of addressing physical and spiritual needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in all facets of video production, scriptwriting, interviewing, videography, lighting, audio techniques, and editing.

• Familiarity with production in remote or challenging environments.

• Professional-level photography skills, including composition, lighting, and editing of large raw photo files.

• Leadership abilities to guide, train, and inspire international video production teams.

• Proficient in computer software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, video conversions, and video streaming.

• Understanding of current image-capture technologies, lenses, and technical advancements, including Sony, Canon, and Nikon.

• In-depth knowledge of post-production workflows and best practices.

• Strong storytelling capabilities that translate into compelling scripts and visuals.

• Familiarity with fundraising and marketing principles.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to collaborate within a creative, integrated media team.

• Excellent interpersonal skills in a cross-cultural work setting.

• Self-driven; capable of working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.

• Willingness to work varied shifts, extended hours, and accommodate last-minute requests.

• Capacity to stand for long periods and lift and bend to handle up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.

• Ability to travel internationally, possibly on short notice and in challenging conditions.

• Bilingualism is preferred.

• Proven application of Biblical principles consistent with Operation Blessing's Christian mission.
