Producer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist a new team from preproduction to shipping and ongoing support.

• Develop and communicate the official plan of record.

• Detect and resolve any misalignment within the team.

• Collaborate with Product Owners on significant initiatives, risks, and challenges.

• Work alongside the Production Lead to maintain production standards and best practices.

• Proactively identify and address potential production issues.

• Design production plans with team leads to achieve quality, timeline, and budget objectives.

• Monitor planned, unplanned, and emergent tasks against timelines and budgets.

• Keep backlogs and work systems up to date.

• Oversee end-to-end feature delivery and guide planning and decision-making.

• Organize meetings, facilitate decision-making, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Recognize risks and uncertainties while aiding teams in achieving creative and technical consensus.

• Update stakeholders on team progress.

• Encourage collaboration across disciplines and teams while preventing conflicts.

• Contribute to building a positive and inclusive team culture.

• Operate independently, exercising judgment outside established production practices when necessary.

• Ensure studio adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Enhance production practices at teamLFG.

• Experience in internal game production, including managing creative teams.

• Excellent communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• High social intelligence, superb interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, including effectively leading a team in uncertain situations.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Results-driven, focused, and calm under pressure.

• Proficient in project management tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
