This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough research for ECU purchases, including identifying supplier codes, cost analysis, and gathering contact information.

• Collaborate closely with Design & Release (D&R) engineers to pinpoint specific hardware variants and confirm the appropriate versions required for testing.

• Maintain smooth and effective communication with suppliers to anticipate and resolve potential supply chain bottlenecks or technical discrepancies.

• Review and consolidate hardware requirements (technical specifications, quantities, and deadlines) from multiple teams and programs.

• Identify opportunities to optimize hardware usage and reduce expenses without compromising the quality or efficiency of the testing process.

• Ensure that all hardware (ECUs, test equipment, etc.) is delivered to the V&V teams according to the project timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and professional certification in Engineering (Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Systems), Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Ability to conduct detailed technical research and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Proven experience in project management, with the capability to manage multiple deadlines and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in SAP (essential).

• Familiarity with SharePoint.

• Experience with MS Teams.

• Knowledge of Jira.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (at least intermediate level).

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical engineering teams and commercial suppliers.
