Procurement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the integration of Pactum’s procurement AI agents within enterprise client organizations.

• Counsel procurement leaders on sourcing strategies, category management, procurement operations, organizational dynamics, and comprehensive processes.

• Spearhead the adoption and change management initiatives within client procurement teams.

• Monitor value-realization metrics and convert usage and outcomes into narratives demonstrating business impact.

• Discover new use cases and opportunities to enhance Pactum’s influence.

• Conduct customer workshops and discovery sessions to pinpoint pain points, areas of resistance, process deficiencies, and high-value prospects.

• Create data-driven business cases that align Pactum’s capabilities with client priorities.

• Assist executives in understanding their current conditions, future potential, and pathways for transformation.

• Relay customer insights to shape Pactum’s product development and market strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement.

• Significant practical experience preferably as a Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Manager, Procurement Operations professional, or Procurement Leader.

• Direct knowledge of procurement processes, competing priorities, stakeholder dynamics, and organizational resistance.

• Comprehensive understanding of sourcing strategies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations.

• Proven ability to drive adoption and influence change within large, complex organizations.

• Competence in analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and formulating data-driven recommendations.

• A history of conducting workshops and discovery sessions that reveal authentic customer pain points.

• Executive presence with the capability to engage with procurement executives and daily users.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

• Experience in SaaS within a high-growth context.

• Procurement consulting experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Jaggaer.

• A genuine interest in how autonomous AI agents can transform procurement.

• Ability to work remotely from the UK.
