This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure supplier account information remains accurate and current within Salesforce.
• Revise client contracting details to maintain data integrity and completeness.
• Assist in managing supplier reports and executing necessary data updates.
• Proactively organize supplier files to mitigate compliance risks.
• Aid the Director of Contracting in identifying and updating client contracting activities.
• Support procurement and contracting processes by collecting and organizing documents.
• Keep precise contracting records and documentation in Salesforce.
• Contribute to the efficiency of procurement workflows.
• Assist with the implementation and rollout of departmental initiatives.
• Handle daily administrative tasks while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
• Employ time-blocking and task-tracking methods to structure workload.
• Adjust to shifting priorities and take on new assignments as needed.
• 0–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize conflicting responsibilities.
• Preferred experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new processes and systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Required to indicate whether sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
