Procurement Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, process, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

• Create and maintain dashboards, management reports, and performance metrics.

• Streamline data updating and consolidation processes through automation.

• Assist business teams in understanding data and identifying areas for improvement.

• Organize databases while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information.

• Prepare analytical reports, executive presentations, and strategic documents.

• Identify business needs and recommend BI and analytics solutions.

• Track operational, financial, and productivity key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Aid in data governance and standardization efforts.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on ongoing improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Preferred: Graduate degree or specialization in BI, Analytics, Data Science, Data Management, or a comparable field.

• Proficiency in Power BI at an advanced level.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
