Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete procurement process for low-value, low-risk vendor engagements.

• Concentrate on contracts related to marketing sponsorships, field events, and corporate events.

• Oversee procurement intake using Zip and ensure accurate procurement data is maintained across enterprise systems.

• Address procurement inquiries in Slack and assist stakeholders in navigating procurement processes and policies.

• Provide support to Procurement Category Managers during RFP, RFQ, and RFI events.

• Aid in contract renewals, vendor communications, spend analysis, bid evaluations, and savings assessments.

• Analyze spending data to uncover consolidation opportunities and evaluate total cost of ownership.

• Create and manage procurement reporting, KPIs, and benchmarking.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely support for purchasing requirements.

• Report directly to the Manager of Procurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with a structured procure-to-pay or procurement intake system, including hands-on use of Zip or similar tools.

• Background in procurement or purchasing operations.

• Capability to analyze spending data and generate recurring reports.

• Proficient in defining, calculating, and presenting procurement KPIs.

• Expertise in assisting internal stakeholders with procurement process inquiries and clearly explaining requirements.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Education or equivalent experience in a relevant field, or transferable experience demonstrating similar capabilities.

• Must have authorization to work in your country of residence without sponsorship.

• Preference for U.S.-based candidates; consideration will be given to candidates in selected other countries.
