Procure to Pay Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle ERP P2P modules related to Purchasing and Accounts Payable.

• Set up purchasing documents, approval workflows, supplier configurations, receiving parameters, payables options, and tax regulations.

• Assist with the complete procurement and AP business processes, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance standards.

• Develop functional specifications, configuration design documents, and test scripts for P2P functionalities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements and convert them into functional configurations.

• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting for P2P enhancements and system updates.

• Provide continuous production support, including issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution.

• Participate in process optimization initiatives and contribute to system enhancements throughout the P2P lifecycle.

• Operate effectively within Agile or waterfall delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess functional expertise in Oracle ERP P2P modules (EBS R12 or Fusion Cloud).

• Experience in configuring purchasing, AP, supplier management, receiving processes, and tax regulations.

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end procurement and accounts payable workflows.

• Capability to draft functional documentation, including specifications, test scripts, and design documents.

• Familiarity with working in Agile or waterfall delivery environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication abilities with stakeholders.
