This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Evaluate, analyze, and execute data entry for events related to the photo enforcement program using online tools.
β’ Ensure that processing decisions and escalated actions align with client-specific written guidelines.
β’ Modify processing practices based on feedback or updates to documentation rules.
β’ Meet the production and quality targets set by the Processing Department.
β’ Utilize basic computer skills to access and interpret performance metrics.
β’ Carry out additional assigned office and clerical tasks.
β’ Report to the Operations Supervisor within the Operations Group.
β’ High School diploma or equivalent GED.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to select the appropriate communication method based on the situation.
β’ Professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively with various groups.
β’ Self-driven, focused on quality, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Skillful in multitasking and meeting deadlines in a productivity-focused environment.
β’ Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and web browsers.
β’ Willingness to learn and navigate different computer systems and software.
β’ Capacity to sit for extended periods while performing data entry or event processing tasks.
