Process Server Performance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer support, training, and education to process servers who are underperforming, focusing on key performance metrics.

• Engage directly with process servers to provide coaching and constructive feedback.

• Address inquiries from process servers and help eliminate obstacles.

• Ensure that process servers comprehend expectations and timelines for adjustments.

• Establish clear expectations for servers who are not meeting performance standards.

• Review assigned reports on a daily basis.

• Reach out to disengaged servers to identify and address the reasons for delays in job attempts.

• Hold servers accountable to directly influence their performance.

• Monitor and communicate any blockers to the leadership team.

• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team when additional coverage is necessary.

• Manage the performance of the process server network through data-driven performance management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training and/or coaching.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Familiarity with legal processes is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

• Capability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.

• Must reside in Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida.

• Availability for full-time work from 8am to 5pm PST.
