Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents.

• Update information via the PSO Mobile apps.

• Make three service attempts, including at different times of the day and on weekends.

• Plan routes effectively.

• Build strong relationships with recipients.

• Attempt cases at least once every 72 hours.

• Establish your own schedule within flexible guidelines.

• Use your own vehicle.

• Collaborate with a liaison based in South Carolina.

• Provide process serving and related services to law firms and financial institutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Process Server.

• Must reside in or near Laurens, Abbeville, Greenwood, McCormick, Newberry, or Union Counties in South Carolina.

• Strong commitment to honesty and accuracy.

• Reliable transportation.

• Valid driver's license and insurance.

• Willingness to work varying hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Familiarity with mobile applications, particularly the proprietary PSO Mobile app.

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.

• Preference for candidates residing within or near the listed counties.

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is advantageous.
