Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documentation.

• Update records using the PSO Mobile proprietary application.

• Make a minimum of three service attempts, including at different times of the day and on weekends.

• Plan routes in an efficient manner.

• Establish rapport with recipients.

• Attempt cases at least every 72 hours.

• Operate independently with a personal vehicle and manage your schedule within flexible guidelines.

• Provide services to law firms and financial institutions through ProVest’s legal support services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Process Server.

• Must reside in or near Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Newberry, or Union Counties in South Carolina.

• A commitment to integrity and precision.

• Reliable transportation.

• Valid driver's license and insurance.

• Willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Familiarity with mobile applications and the use of proprietary apps.

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.

• Preference for candidates residing within or near the specified counties.

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is advantageous.
