Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents.

• Update information through the proprietary PSO Mobile app.

• Make a minimum of three service attempts, including at various times of the day and on weekends.

• Efficiently plan routes.

• Build rapport with recipients.

• Attempt cases at least every 72 hours.

• Collaborate with support from a liaison based in South Carolina.

• Utilize a personal vehicle and create a schedule within flexible guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in or near Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Newberry, or Union Counties in South Carolina.

• A commitment to honesty and accuracy is essential.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• A valid driver’s license and insurance are necessary.

• Must be willing to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Familiarity with mobile applications, particularly the PSO Mobile app, is advantageous.

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner is needed.

• Preference given to candidates residing within or near the specified counties.

• Previous experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is a plus.
