Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents

• Update information utilizing the PSO Mobile app

• Make three service attempts, including at different times of day and on weekends

• Plan efficient routes

• Establish rapport with recipients

• Attempt cases at least once every 72 hours

• Create your own schedule within flexible guidelines

• Use your own vehicle

• Operate as a private process server for ProVest, a legal support services company catering to law firms and financial institutions

• Must reside in or near Harnett, Johnston, or Lee Counties, North Carolina

• Commitment to integrity and precision

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• Familiarity with mobile applications, including the proprietary app

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner

• Preference for candidates living within or near the specified counties

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is advantageous
