Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents

• Update information using the PSO Mobile app

• Make a minimum of three service attempts at different times of the day and on weekends

• Plan routes effectively

• Establish rapport with recipients

• Attempt cases at least every 72 hours

• Set your own schedule within flexible guidelines

• Use your own vehicle

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in or near Harnett, Johnston, or Lee Counties, North Carolina

• Strong commitment to honesty and accuracy

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required

• Willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• Familiarity with mobile applications, particularly the proprietary PSO Mobile app

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner

• Preference for candidates living within or close to the specified counties

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is an advantage
