Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents.

• Update information using the PSO Mobile app.

• Make approximately three service attempts at different times of the day and on weekends.

• Plan routes for optimal efficiency.

• Serve cases at least every 72 hours.

• Set your own schedule within flexible guidelines.

• Utilize your own vehicle to carry out service attempts.

• Receive assistance from a liaison based in South Carolina.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Process Server in Harnett, Johnston, or Lee Counties, North Carolina.

• Must reside in or near the specified counties.

• A commitment to honesty and accuracy.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.

• Willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Familiarity with mobile applications, particularly the proprietary PSO Mobile app.

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.

• Preference for candidates living in or near the specified county.

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is advantageous.
