This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Engage in regular meetings with project teams to address data and structural inquiries, providing guidance and assistance.
• Oversee and assess analyst outputs to guarantee they align with client expectations and project benchmarks.
• Detect quality concerns, ascertain root causes, and rectify mistakes in collaboration with analysts.
• Produce clear weekly reports that summarize project advancement and highlight potential risks.
• Recognize inefficiencies in internal tools and workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to devise solutions.
• Develop and sustain process documentation, guides, handbooks, and training videos.
• Lead sessions for sharing best practices to ensure uniform quality standards.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to pinpoint, assess, and address risks that may affect project delivery.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Automation Analyst, Process Consultant, or Management Consultant, concentrating on business process comprehension and enhancement.
• More than 2 years of practical experience in executing operational or business processes within Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
• Expertise in using mapping tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or Bizagi Modeler.
• Experience in reviewing or conducting quality checks on the work of others through peer reviews, quality audits, or a senior analyst position.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring analysts.
• Proven capability to manage project schedules, monitor milestones, and coordinate tasks among cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets, including SQL or BI tools.
• Practical automation experience, such as identifying automation possibilities, documenting processes for automation, or utilizing RPA or workflow tools.
• Experience in authoring and managing SOPs, ensuring they remain accurate, version-controlled, and adopted by teams.
