Process Operations System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support for third-party applications and infrastructure.

• Assist both internal and vendor applications (On-Premises/Cloud) for global internal customers.

• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Address inquiries via email, chat, or phone communications.

• Collaborate with end users to ensure applications fulfill their requirements.

• Implement new business needs.

• Support new projects and initiatives.

• Generate and maintain necessary support documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with on-premises infrastructure (servers and networks).

• Proficient understanding of Windows Server configuration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of ACLs (Active Directory and local server).

• Solid grasp of TCP/IP sufficient for basic troubleshooting.

• Ability to create the necessary support documentation.

• Database experience, including SQL, stored procedures, views, and functions.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to learn new application and business process support skills.

• Competence in creating and maintaining documentation.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication skills.

• Experience with Azure/AWS.

• Capability to troubleshoot on-premises Windows Server applications.

• Familiarity with and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Automation skills (PowerShell) are a plus.

• Skills in Cloud (Azure and AWS), DevOps, and/or application development are advantageous.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is desirable.

• Experience with GitHub Actions and repositories is desirable.

• Knowledge of C#, .NET, and API development is desirable.

• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools (Datadog, Splunk, Tableau) is desirable.

• Experience with SSRS/SSIS is desirable.
