Process Management Specialist – Freight, Logistics, Accounts Payables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly process and review shipments, accounting, and related operational documents utilizing CargoWise.

• Support the invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation tasks.

• Track and follow up on pending transactions and required documentation.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Offer administrative and operational assistance to the team as needed.

• Conduct data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.

• Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Produce reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.

• Proactively address and resolve any complaints or inquiries.

• Adhere to the prescribed steps as outlined in the standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO setting, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding operations.

• Bachelor's or College Degree in any discipline.

• Familiarity with CargoWise is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented and results-driven with an analytical mindset.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal skills.
