Operations Manager – Closing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Supervise business support operations

• Oversee and coordinate business operations support teams to guarantee prompt and high-quality services

• Report directly to the Senior Closing Manager

• Work in partnership with leaders from Operations, Quality, and Continuous Improvement

• Engage with team members from Sales, Underwriting, and Compliance

• Manage the production capacity and performance of local operations while maintaining high standards of quality

• Foster a culture centered on SLAs and operational excellence

• Build and maintain relationships across various organizational areas

• Mentor and coach team members

• Strategize and monitor production objectives and staffing plans

• Identify and execute operational efficiencies

• Enhance and refine KPIs to assess and drive performance

• Cultivate, support, and advocate for a healthy and safe work environment

• Act as a robust brand ambassador for the company culture

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline

• Over 1 year of experience managing service or operations-related teams

• Proficient computer skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable with networking and communicating

• Capability to analyze statistics, comprehend them, and connect them with planning and production objectives

• Availability to work overtime hours when necessary

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to adapt to changes and accept constructive feedback
