Process Improvement Project Analyst – Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead enterprise-wide, intricate cross-functional transformation projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Provide guidance to senior and executive leaders by pinpointing enhancement opportunities, shaping future operational models, facilitating decision-making, and fostering business partnerships.

• Develop, promote, and oversee continuous improvement standards, tools, playbooks, dashboards, status reports, and value assessment narratives.

• Ensure uniform execution, realization of benefits, and transparency regarding business impact.

• Mentor, coach, and cultivate Process Improvement practitioners and business collaborators.

• Utilize insights from healthcare, PBM, and operational sectors to discover opportunities, benchmark performance, influence strategic priorities, assist in departmental budget planning and oversight, and enhance enterprise process maturity.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare, Operations, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• A high school diploma from an accredited institution or a GED is mandatory.

• Seven years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, or project management.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.

• Capability to lead complex enterprise and cross-functional initiatives while delivering measurable business results.

• Advanced skills in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.

• Strong leadership abilities, executive communication skills, facilitation expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience in influencing enterprise strategy and collaborating with executive leadership.

• Ability to enhance organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, training, governance, and the advancement of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.

• Business acumen, systems thinking, strategic opportunity identification, enterprise risk mitigation, and fostering sustainable organizational change.

• Preferred: A master's degree in a relevant field.

• Preferred: Experience in PBM, healthcare, highly regulated industries, or large-scale operational excellence.

• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.

• Preferred: Project Management Professional certification or equivalent advanced project/program management certification.

• Preferred: Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive analytics, process mining, data science, business intelligence, automation, artificial intelligence, and data visualization.

• Preferred: Experience in developing, governing, and scaling enterprise continuous improvement programs, operating models, or centers of excellence.

• Preferred: A formal certification in organizational change management such as Prosci or ADKAR.

• Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise work management and portfolio management platforms like Asana.
