This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Lead initiatives aimed at process standardization by assessing workflows, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, and crafting repeatable best-practice procedures.
• Take full responsibility for the delivery of projects encompassing new product launches, system implementations, and significant change initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while proactively informing stakeholders of potential risks.
• Conduct analysis of requirements and design solutions in collaboration with business owners and technical teams.
• Convert business requirements into efficient, standardized processes and supporting tools.
• Create and manage process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and reporting dashboards.
• Foster collaboration among operations, IT, product teams, and compliance departments.
• Ensure alignment of process modifications with technological enhancements and regulatory standards.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data, and report on improvement outcomes, including reductions in cycle time, decreases in error rates, and overall cost savings.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Lean, Six Sigma, and additional improvement methodologies.
• Create communication strategies, training materials, and implementation plans to facilitate the adoption of changes.
• A bachelor's degree in any field; a focus on Business, HR, Finance, or related areas is preferred.
• A strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or advanced Excel functions is beneficial.
• Customer service or client support experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications in HR, benefits, or related areas are advantageous.
• Experience working in a consulting or client services environment is a plus.
• Understanding compliance requirements in benefits administration is beneficial.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
