Process Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and document process automations in accordance with a robust automation framework.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to convert processes into technical solutions utilizing various automation technologies.

• Develop and maintain documentation for automation architecture, including architectural diagrams, Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and runbooks.

• Oversee and sustain the automation environment, which includes managing robots and related platform technologies.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle.

• Conduct reviews of automation code to ensure compliance with USAP governance and standards.

• Collaborate with the enterprise architect and senior automation developer to enforce enterprise architecture governance during the automation development phase.

• Stay informed about technology trends and advancements to ensure that USAP automation development remains competitive and secure.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required (or equivalent work experience).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing complex workflows in UiPath, including pre and post conditions, exception handling, and logging.

• Proven experience in integrating UiPath solutions with external systems through APIs, databases, and other technologies.

• At least 3 years of experience working within a Microsoft Windows environment, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and SharePoint.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps technology, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and Git repositories.

• More than 2 years of experience in converting human processes into automation processes.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodology with over 2 years of experience in a Scrum team environment.

• Good grasp of programming fundamentals and concepts.

• Proficient understanding of low-code/no-code technologies such as Quickbase.

• Ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into suitable technical application solutions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with multiple teams concurrently.

• Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple critical business projects at once.

• Understanding of core security and compliance principles in a healthcare context.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the resolution of complex technical challenges.
