Process Analyst (Mid-Level) – Advanced Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gain an understanding of the operations, requirements, and unique features of various clients and business sectors.

• Guide and facilitate the transition of new contracts and projects, especially within the LATAM region.

• Analyze end-to-end processes, pinpointing steps, interfaces, risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in the redesign and documentation of operational workflows.

• Discover opportunities for standardization, simplification, and enhanced efficiency.

• Organize and track operational performance metrics.

• Evaluate and quantify productivity and efficiency improvements.

• Recognize automation possibilities and aid in their implementation with appropriate teams.

• Promote continuous improvement by suggesting solutions to optimize operations and improve delivery quality.

• Help develop a strategic perspective on BPO operations by connecting processes, metrics, and business outcomes.

• Contribute to the scalable growth of operations by ensuring increased process consistency, control, and sustainability.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, fostering relationships and ensuring alignment on deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesign.

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree.

• Background in operations transitions, contract implementations, or operational transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement, standardization, and spotting automation opportunities.

• Experience in defining and structuring performance metrics.

• Capability to analyze operations across various clients and industry sectors.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish for effective communication and collaboration on LATAM projects.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with clients and internal teams.
