This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement all tasks associated with the hospital privileging process for healthcare providers participating in Sound Physicians programs.

• Request and ensure the completion of accurate privileging applications along with the necessary supporting documents.

• Raise any concerns to Risk Management and the relevant Regional Leadership, Staffing Consultant, and Recruiting Consultant.

• Manage reappointment files, monitor monthly reappointment reports, and follow up to guarantee that providers are reappointed by their deadlines.

• Upload hospital correspondence and record privilege dates in Salesforce upon completion of files.

• Enter and keep up-to-date privileging information in Salesforce.

• Provide updates on privileging during weekly regional staffing meetings.

• Send weekly update emails to regional teams with proactive information on files in progress using the color code system.

• Act as the primary privileging contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Privileging Coordinators and contacts from third-party agencies.

• Communicate updates to Chief Medical Officers, Regional Leadership, Staffing Consultants, locum company contacts, Recruiting, and other necessary parties through email, phone, and staffing calls.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients of Sound Physicians.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in the health services sector or a similar administrative/project management role.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Capable of tracking various data sources.

• Comfortable with adapting to changing circumstances and managing ambiguity, risk, and uncertainty.

• Able to communicate concise messages containing relevant and essential information.

• Strong listening skills.

• Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.

• Able to act quickly, decisively, and without hesitation.

• Timely in sharing information with others.

• Committed to meeting the expectations and needs of both internal and external customers.

• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
