This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Transform strategic growth objectives into coordinated actions spanning campaigns, partnerships, sales initiatives, and internal processes.
• Develop actionable strategies, engage stakeholders, document workflows, and ensure transparency regarding progress and subsequent actions.
• Enhance the integrated GTM dashboard, incorporating opportunities for AI and automation improvements.
• Create regular metrics and reports, guaranteeing that data is consolidated, precise, and aligned with growth objectives.
• Assess new tools, oversee implementation, and ensure effective adoption by the team.
• Manage pipeline hygiene and visibility while supporting weekly pipeline reviews, restructuring, and qualification efforts.
• Maintain templates for account planning and checklists for proposal submissions; coordinate sales preparations, debriefs, and follow-ups.
• Facilitate the readiness of new offerings by converting go-to-market strategies into repeatable sales processes, materials, and workflows.
• Organize partnership activities, partner documentation, meetings, follow-ups, and strategic engagement opportunities.
• Lead and manage strategic Growth Operations initiatives, including improvements in HubSpot, community advocacy, and industry research projects.
• Enhance cross-functional communication and centralize information concerning pipeline, partners, and projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop repeatable systems and processes to minimize manual tasks and friction.
• Produce playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and templates to clarify roles and streamline workflows.
• Conduct growth team huddles, cross-team forums, and retrospective meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Establish development goals, seek feedback, contribute to internal initiatives, and identify smarter process enhancements.
• Strong skills in project and program management, translating strategic priorities into organized plans and coordinating multiple workstreams to execution.
• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive ownership, decision-making, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in managing upwards by anticipating needs, highlighting risks and decisions, and providing leadership with visibility into progress and priorities.
• Experience in shaping and enhancing project management systems, processes, and workflows.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities for meetings and collaborative sessions across teams and levels of seniority.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, demonstrating strong judgment, initiative, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, consolidating information and aiding in data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable working across CRM, reporting, project management, and collaboration platforms.
• Critical experience with HubSpot and utilizing automation or AI to enhance workflows.
