Privacy Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized technical assistance for privacy management, concentrating on GRC platforms like OneTrust for clients.

• Execute new features and configurations on the OneTrust platform tailored for clients.

• Implement enhancements to privacy processes and tools.

• Address clients’ operational requests related to GRC.

• Track platform usage and produce reports and performance metrics.

• Aid in privacy audits and compliance activities.

• Support the management of data subject requests within the OneTrust tool.

• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of clients’ privacy processes and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technology-related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience with privacy programs utilizing OneTrust.

• Familiarity with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, and 27701.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• At least two of the following certifications: OneTrust GRC Professional; OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional; OneTrust Discovery Expert; OneTrust Expert Certification; OneTrust Fellow of Privacy Technology.
