This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Focus on sales while collaborating closely with Ownership Teams.
• Manage client relationships and provide in-depth knowledge about HP’s products and services, including software solutions.
• Meet sales targets and create compelling proposals.
• Acquire new clients and facilitate smooth transitions for client hand-offs.
• Recognize and pursue growth opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
• Work alongside AE and Pursuit teams to identify, secure, adopt, expand, renew, and finalize opportunities.
• Lead print-focused sales efforts that align with overall account strategies.
• Partner with AE on Route to Market decisions, encompassing dMPS, iMPS, or transactional models.
• Build fruitful relationships with key print-oriented channel partners to enhance the sales pipeline.
• Oversee pipeline quality and consistently meet sales targets.
• Establish professional, consultative relationships with clients up to C-level for mid-to-large accounts.
• Gain insight into client business needs to suggest outcome-based collaborative products and solutions.
• Independently generate leads for HP’s Print/Solutions offerings.
• Qualify, document, and maintain updates on opportunities and pursuit strategies throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the account sales lead on pipeline sizing, monitoring, and transparency.
• Work with Customer Success and post-sales teams to facilitate implementation and adoption.
• Conduct customer transition meetings for contractual agreements.
• Assist with Account Plans (SAR), QBR, VAS, and solution presentation materials.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 5 to 10+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and fostering business growth.
• Experience in managing sales processes and cultivating customer relationships.
• Strong grasp of market trends and the ability to convert insights into business opportunities.
• Experience navigating intricate organizational structures to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
• Expertise in IT strategy and managed services.
• Strong business management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning competencies.
• Effective leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational frameworks.
• Flexibility to adapt to new business models and emerging trends.
• Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Candidates must reside in California, Washington DC, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Pennsylvania.
