Principal/Lead Dynamics 365 F&SCM Consultant, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive Dynamics 365 Finance solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and outline financial processes

• Configure D365 Finance to align with both business and functional demands

• Assist with data migration, system integration, and complete lifecycle testing

• Design and verify customizations that meet business requirements

• Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and facilitate client communications

• Provide user training and aid in the adoption process across business teams

• Offer leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior consultants

• Serve as a trusted advisor to guarantee successful project outcomes and readiness for go-live

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complete lifecycle D365 Finance implementations

• Proven track record of leading projects to meet scope, budget, and quality benchmarks

• Extensive knowledge of D365 Finance modules, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Project Management & Accounting

• Strong background in collaborating with finance teams

• Proficient in gathering integration and reporting requirements and converting them into technical designs

• Confident in leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in-person and virtually

• Familiarity with business intelligence and AI tools, such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot, is highly beneficial

• Experience in leading high-performing teams, providing direction and mentorship
