
Principal Training & Education Specialist – Interventional Cardiology Therapies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Create and implement educational solutions for teams in the field.
• Facilitate educational and training efforts across the Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks product lines.
• Serve as a training generalist for onboarding new hires and conducting training sessions.
• Collaborate with Therapy Leads and meeting planners to coordinate agendas and logistics for in-person, supplemental, and advanced training sessions.
• Identify development opportunities on a quarterly basis and design both e-learning and in-person training programs.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Market Development, Sales, MedReview, Engineering, Field Management, and Education teams.
• Develop educational programs, curricula, course materials, and evaluation methods that align with regulatory standards, quality systems, and Business Conduct Standards.
• Update lesson plans to accommodate new training needs, product introductions, and up-to-date information.
• Cultivate and maintain expertise in therapy and clinical practices across various portfolios.
• Create and implement specialized educational programs that enhance knowledge and skills in procedures and therapies.
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, clinical, and R&D teams to ensure effective document control.
• Proactively identify and address high-level challenges in project and program execution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of experience in training, sales/sales support, marketing, or clinical roles -OR- Associate's Degree with 9+ years of experience -OR- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Strong skills in collaboration and inclusion.
• Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships.
• Enthusiasm and capability to create and deliver effective training programs.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Allego, and Salesforce.
• U.S. work authorization requirements must be met; Principal-level positions may be eligible for sponsorship.
