
Principal Training & Education Specialist – Interventional Cardiology Therapies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Develop and implement educational solutions for teams engaged in field operations.
• Assist with educational and training efforts across the Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks portfolios.
• Serve as a training generalist for onboarding and training new hires.
• Collaborate with Therapy Leads and meeting organizers to manage agendas and logistics for in-person, supplemental, and advanced training sessions.
• Identify quarterly development opportunities and facilitate e-learning or in-person training sessions.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Market Development, Sales, MedReview, Engineering, Field Management, and Education teams.
• Design educational programs, curricula, course materials, and assessments that align with business strategies and compliance requirements.
• Update lesson plans to accommodate new training needs, product launches, and current information.
• Build and sustain expertise in therapy and clinical areas across portfolios.
• Create and implement focused educational programs aimed at enhancing knowledge and procedural skills.
• Adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Support document control in collaboration with legal, regulatory, clinical, and R&D partners.
• Proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve significant project and program challenges.
• Travel to provide support for training programs, meetings, and field education efforts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent along with 11+ years of experience in training, sales/sales support, marketing, or clinical roles; OR an Associate's Degree with 9+ years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• For Bachelor's degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria set forth by 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• U.S. work authorization requirements apply; Principal-level positions may be eligible for sponsorship, while unrestricted authorization is necessary for roles below the Principal level.
