Principal Trainer, Ambulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Epic Ambulatory training programs for healthcare providers and staff.

• Develop and update training resources, including tip sheets, job aids, and workflow documentation.

• Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions.

• Assist with onboarding, continuous education, and optimization efforts.

• Manage and support Epic Playground environments for both training and testing purposes.

• Leverage Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty for training, reporting, and workflow activities.

• Ensure that training environments accurately represent operational workflows and system updates.

• Evaluate training and operational data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Generate reports and conduct advanced data analysis using Excel.

• Apply data-driven insights to enhance user adoption, streamline workflows, and boost overall performance.

• Collaborate with operational leaders, healthcare providers, and IT teams to refine Epic workflows.

• Assist with Epic upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives.

• Offer recommendations aimed at improving efficiency, user experience, and organizational outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• EpicCare Ambulatory Principal Trainer Certification.

• Epic Training Environment Build Certification.

• Experience in managing Epic Playground environments.

• Proficiency in using Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty.

• Background in supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.

• Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations.

• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in creating training materials and workflow documentation.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
