This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations leaders, and subject-matter experts to pinpoint high-value workflows appropriate for AI tool development.
• Oversee and facilitate the development, testing, and deployment of AI tools for internal teams.
• Define and manage the lifecycle of AI tool submissions, including standardized templates, acceptance criteria, and governance protocols.
• Create and implement an evaluation framework for AI tools, complete with test cases and pass/fail standards.
• Maintain repository health by tracking outdated, inaccurate, or redundant use cases.
• Keep a version history and change logs for each AI tool.
• Set deprecation criteria and phase out tools that no longer provide value.
• Define and manage the AI tooling governance model, encompassing naming conventions, metadata standards, access controls, review cycles, and ownership assignments.
• Develop and sustain a discoverable skills catalogue that documents purpose, inputs/outputs, limitations, and edge cases.
• Conduct repository audits and generate health reports that monitor coverage, quality scores, adoption trends, and identify gaps.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices, including guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Facilitate team-wide training sessions and manage internal communications.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• A proven history of success in the field.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, LLM-based product development, or AI workflow automation.
• Strong judgment regarding the value AI adds versus the risks it may introduce.
• Outstanding written communication abilities.
• Capability to convert complex operational workflows into clear, structured documentation accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in designing and implementing quality or evaluation frameworks.
• Robust program management skills across various stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without formal authority among product, engineering, operations, and analytics teams.
• Practical working knowledge of the software product development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Agile experience is preferred.
• Background in a customer support, trust, or operations role within a technology company is preferred.
• Familiarity with data quality principles is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with analytics or data science teams to establish impact metrics is preferred.
