This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in articulating Striim's technological narrative in areas such as Application & Data Modernization, Event Stream Processing, and Enterprise AI use cases, converting intricate platform capabilities into persuasive technical positioning and market differentiation.
• Create and uphold reference architectures, deployment models, architecture diagrams, and technical solution narratives for enterprise modernization projects, real-time streaming applications, cloud migrations, and AI-driven data platforms.
• Produce highly technical content aimed at practitioners, which includes blogs, whitepapers, benchmark studies, tutorials, demos, GitHub samples, reference implementations, and presentations for conferences.
• Oversee the technical aspects of product launches, ensuring the effective distribution of architecture briefs, demo environments, technical enablement resources, hands-on labs, and launch materials focused on adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Alliances teams to convert product innovations into field-ready technical assets and customer-facing proof points.
• Contribute to Striim's technical competitive intelligence program by providing architecture comparisons, migration strategies, benchmarking analyses, and insights on competitive wins and losses.
• Empower Sales Engineering teams through technical training, development of demos, frameworks for proof-of-concept, evaluation methodologies, and architecture review support for strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Assist in high-stakes enterprise pursuits by engaging directly with customers, prospects, partners, and technical decision-makers during evaluation, architecture review, and proof-of-concept phases.
• Represent Striim during analyst briefings, industry conferences, technical communities, customer advisory boards, webinars, and developer-focused events.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering leadership by providing field insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and practitioner viewpoints for roadmap planning.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and workflows to expedite the creation of technical content, research, enablement, and market engagement while ensuring outstanding technical accuracy and credibility.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software, with extensive background in Technical Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, or a related technical go-to-market role.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern data architectures, distributed systems, cloud platforms, streaming technologies, data integration, analytics, or AI infrastructure.
• Capability to convey complex technical concepts—including change data capture (CDC), event streaming, distributed processing, data pipelines, and AI architectures—to highly technical audiences.
• Practical familiarity with contemporary data and AI ecosystems, including technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Spanner, Microsoft Fabric, Apache Iceberg, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven success in producing technical content that fosters practitioner engagement, including architecture guides, benchmarks, tutorials, demos, technical blogs, conference presentations, or contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience in supporting enterprise software sales cycles through effective technical positioning, guidance on proof-of-concept, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing interactions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to engage technical stakeholders from Data Engineers and Architects to CTOs and executive leadership.
• Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar consultative sales frameworks.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gong AI, or similar technologies to enhance productivity and content creation.
