
Principal Systems Architect – ICAM, DoD Secret Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define system information requirements for enterprise-level or extensive ICAM systems.
• Identify high-level functional and technical needs by engaging with user communities and leveraging enterprise architecture expertise.
• Create the architecture for ICAM implementation, encompassing software, hardware, communications, and cross-functional interfaces.
• Evaluate, analyze, and present potential solutions for authentication and authorization, segregation of duties, and privileged access management.
• Construct high-level system design diagrams.
• Verify adherence to open systems architecture standards, including OSI, ISO, IEEE OSE, and Information Management requirements.
• Ensure compliance of the common operating environment.
• Examine workflow, organizational, and planning challenges and devise corrective measures.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in system architecture and engineering.
• At least five (5) years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) implementations and integrations.
• Current Sec+ certification or an equivalent IAT Level II certification.
• Relevant certification from a recognized national technical authority.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Ideally, a Master's degree (MA/MS) in a technical field with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience.
