This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Serve as the Lead Programmer for a collection of studies.
• Oversee the overall timelines for the studies assigned.
• Ensure adherence to programming standards for the assigned studies.
• Evaluate standard macros and datasets.
• Discuss the programming resource requirements for the designated group of studies.
• Mentor and educate junior programmers on Incyte systems and standards.
• Support junior programmers with the setup of new studies and identify similar studies.
• Review the Production area following study programming to verify that datasets, programs, and outputs are appropriately stored.
• Examine validation summary reports for any errors, warnings, and ensure proper SAS program documentation.
• Review the CDISC validation output for individual studies.
• Act as a programming lead for a submission project under the supervision of Programming management.
• Mentor junior programmers and offer expert recommendations and solutions to intricate issues.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• At least 8 years of programming experience with SAS/Base/Macro/GRAPH in the biopharmaceutical and/or CRO sectors.
• Data Management experience, particularly with CDISC standards, is highly preferred.
• Proficient SAS programming skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, including electronic submission standards.
• Strong skills in organization, time management, communication, project coordination, and leadership.
• Ability to perform well under time constraints.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while coordinating others simultaneously.
