This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.
• Develop and present technical product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Collect customer technical specifications to guarantee that proposed solutions align with their objectives and requirements.
• Oversee product evaluations and tailor product configurations.
• Create evaluation test plans alongside customers and facilitate the process towards successful results.
• Report directly to the Director of Specialist Solutions Architects within the Zero Trust Branch department.
• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships.
• A demonstrated curiosity and proactive engagement with AI tools, alongside a solid track record of incorporating new technologies into everyday workflows and problem-solving.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven expertise in selling network security technologies, including SD-WAN, routing protocols, SWG, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, and end-user monitoring.
• Preferred: possession of industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+.
• Preferred: strong understanding of intricate, multi-year sales cycles and value-driven storytelling.
• Capability to excel in uncertain environments, take initiative, resolve complex challenges, maintain customer empathy, and adapt to pressure.
