This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +5 more states.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and secure strategic opportunities.
• Convert intricate customer requirements into effective Data Security solutions.
• Conduct hands-on product evaluations and assist prospects in achieving successful results.
• Design and present technical product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Collect customer technical requirements and align proposed solutions with their goals and needs.
• Oversee product evaluations and tailor product configurations to meet specific demands.
• Create evaluation test plans alongside customers and navigate the process to ensure successful outcomes.
• Advocate for, promote, and support the Data Security business line in conjunction with the broader GTM team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with significant experience as a sales engineer or systems integrator.
• Over 5 years of pre-sales experience.
• More than 3 years of experience selling security/networking solutions in direct or high-touch environments.
• Proficient in data protection and web-related technologies.
• Experience working in a matrix role alongside the broader GTM team.
• Familiarity with the commercial/high-velocity segment.
• Capacity to take ownership, demonstrate accountability, and maintain a bias for action.
• Ability to collaborate within a high-trust environment.
• Competence in tackling complex technical challenges and developing secure, scalable solutions.
• Resilience and adaptability in the face of change.
• Commitment to integrity, transparency, and high standards.
• Preferred: Experience with Zscaler or other competitive Data Protection solutions.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SaaS technologies and regulatory compliance relevant to the region.
• Preferred: Proven success working in a matrix environment with GTM and partner ecosystems.
