This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance on non-disclosure agreements to cross-functional partners with a focus on contractual matters.
• Represent Collins Aerospace in contractual transactions while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Analyze non-disclosure agreements and carry out general contract administration tasks.
• Oversee contractual scope, terms, and conditions to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Identify, mitigate, and address contractual issues effectively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external customer program teams.
• Adhere to standardized corporate procedures and maintain compliance documentation.
• Communicate customer contractual requirements throughout the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers, addressing stakeholder inquiries.
• Operate independently while receiving oversight.
• Manage non-disclosure agreements and engage directly with program leadership.
• Negotiate and resolve complex contractual issues.
• Apply a commercial perspective to high-risk terms and negotiations.
• Typically requires a University Degree along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in managing U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
• Capability to manage a high volume of non-disclosure agreements simultaneously.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations, execution, and administration, including pricing, Statements of Work, and terms and conditions.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Understanding of the commercial aspects of non-disclosure agreements and the ability to quantify risks.
• Ability to juggle routine and complex non-disclosure agreement activities effectively.
• Experience with direct interactions with external customers.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information pertaining to this program/contract.
• Security clearance is not necessary.
