This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead technical discovery and solution design during enterprise sales processes.

• Analyze customer commercial inquiries and align them with CRM, data warehouse, identity, and vendor ecosystems.

• Convert MedScout data into actionable commercial insights, encompassing coverage, latency, identity resolution, attribution, code-set logic, and patient journey applications.

• Take ownership of the scoping and implementation of Snowflake Secure Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, cloud object storage, API delivery, CRM, and downstream analytics workflows.

• Manage the technical, methodology, and governance components of RFPs, RFIs, security assessments, and questionnaires, including SOC 2, HIPAA, BAAs, and data usage agreements.

• Facilitate collaboration among data, engineering, product, and legal stakeholders while ensuring high-quality responses and timely turnaround.

• Set up demo environments featuring fresh data templates, operational accounts, reset cadences, persona-specific pathways, and packaged use-case scenarios.

• Define the technical narrative for MedScout’s in-product agent, public MCP server, and integrations with customer AI tools.

• Address inquiries regarding AI provenance, grounding, access control, and governance.

• Monitor the AI-tool landscape and translate innovations into customer data solutions.

• Transform field insights into discovery guides, training resources, answer libraries, architectural patterns, and enablement materials.

• Implement feedback loops from the field back to Product.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, Engineering, and commercial leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical position such as solutions engineer, sales engineer, solutions architect, solutions consultant, or extensive client-facing data consulting.

• Proven track record of owning the technical outcomes for enterprise deals.

• Practical experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or a comparable modern data warehouse platform.

• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries against large tables.

• Knowledge of warehouse cost management and performance metrics.

• Experience in setting up or utilizing secure data shares.

• Familiarity with Streamlit in Snowflake, Databricks Apps, or modern BI tools like Tableau, Hex, or Superset is advantageous.

• Background in delivering data into another organization’s environment via warehouse share, API, or file transfer.

• Experience with security assessments and data usage agreements.

• Solid understanding of REST API design principles, including authentication, pagination, rate limits, and webhooks.

• Proficient in CRM systems, covering managed packages, object models, field mapping, and synchronization direction.

• Ability to provide guidance on data integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.

• Familiarity with healthcare claims or real-world data concepts like CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, PLA, DRG, place of service, NPI, taxonomy, and site-of-care logic.

• Strong technical communication and writing abilities.

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar applications.

• Innovative mindset with experience in creating reusable tools or processes.

• Preferred: Experience in MedTech, diagnostics, or digital health commercial sectors.

• Preferred: Background in claims or provider intelligence vendors.

• Preferred: Knowledge of MCP, agent tooling, or LLM-powered workflows within a data product context.

• Preferred: Proficiency in BI tools and basic Python skills.

• Preferred: Understanding of enterprise healthcare security and governance review processes.

• Must be eligible to work in the US, as indicated by the required application question regarding US residency.

• Must clarify if US work sponsorship is currently or potentially required.
