This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical, business, and compliance expertise to create practical, value-driven solutions for Coalfire clients.
• Assist with Compliance and Assurance solutions across Coalfire’s extensive portfolio, including Advisory and Risk Management as well as Application and Offensive Security.
• Drive intricate technical sales pursuits from initial qualification to final close.
• Act as a trusted advisor and integrator for clients, collaborating across Business Development, delivery, product, partnerships, and executive leadership.
• Oversee discovery, qualification, needs assessments, executive briefings, workshops, solution validation, proof of concepts, pilots, and technical validation.
• Convert client objectives, compliance requirements, technological realities, delivery dependencies, and commercial limitations into solution strategies, scopes, proposals, and implementation plans.
• Create proposals, statements of work, pricing models, estimates, assumptions, value narratives, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, demonstrations, presentations, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Facilitate client negotiations and identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
• Manage scope, responsibilities, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, change control, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate with technology partners, subcontractors, and complementary service providers.
• Contribute to thought leadership, sales collateral, technical content, workshops, webinars, and go-to-market strategies.
• Travel approximately 25–35% for client workshops, executive briefings, industry events, and strategic account support.
• Proven success in supporting complex enterprise pre-sales and solution development initiatives.
• Technical expertise, commercial insight, client-facing communication abilities, and capacity to align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in articulating value in Global Assurance, compliance, security, cloud, and related solutions.
• Background in leading or significantly supporting enterprise discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, and client-facing technical discussions.
• Experience collaborating with sales, delivery, product, finance, and external partners.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and handle high-stakes client situations.
• Experience in selling, delivering, or managing compliance and audit solutions.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience supporting compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, FedRAMP/FISMA, CMMC, GDPR, SOC, and/or CCPA.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Subject-matter expertise in data privacy, U.S. and global regulations, and common compliance frameworks is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA/CISM, or CGEIT are preferred.
