Principal Solution Architect – FinServ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in fulfilling their technology and business needs through Redis databases utilizing Redis products, solutions, and services.

• Comprehend, assess, and validate customer business requirements and specific use cases.

• Collaborate with customer technical teams, including architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level executives, to guarantee successful POCs and pilot projects.

• Partner with Sales to formulate account strategies, discover new opportunities, and enhance existing accounts.

• Showcase Redis, its features, and technology to customers, emphasizing business impact and competitive advantages.

• Utilize customer insights to refine product materials and establish technical best practices.

• Provide constructive feedback to Product Management and R&D teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably in database engineering for enterprise software.

• Practical experience in server-side software development and Linux.

• Familiarity with scalable and highly available distributed systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent work experience.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Legally permitted to work in the country where the position is located.

• Successful completion of a background check.
